Tithing 10% Backwards

Here at the Metalcore church we do not take tithes and offerings. Your service here is your own budget and of the total earnings we take 10%. You can raise the price of your services as much as you want here but the company only takes 10%. For products and services, we get 1 dollar for every 10-dollar shirt and so on. If you charge a hundred dollars for teaching beginner guitar lessons, I only take 10 bucks and give it to the janitor to vacuum the practice room when you are done. I feel like rank accordance should also be available, but it feels wrong. I am curious to see the results of rank perking so if you work, donate, or promote for the metalcore church you get ranking on the door entry and badges associated with your rank. Your profile at the MXC would be like your name and then your official leader of Djent music, Shredder, or lesson placement score and service job position in the MXC.
